The history of A.S.G. begins in 1987 with the concept and introduction of          Advanced Search Group,  (abbreviated A.S.G.)     

A.S.G. was developed to provide national Engineering & Operations Management search clients with a more professional and personal approach to the typical candidate search experience. 

In 1995, the introduction of A.S.G. Staffing as a sister company expanded our scope to serve A.S.G.'s Chicago & suburban clients in the traditional temporary help market, primarily focused on the light industrial staffing sector. Many of our "search" business recruiting methods and techniques have been applied to our temporary staffing business model, resulting in far better temporary job fills at each of our clients.

Since it’s introduction, A.S.G. Staffing has contributed significantly to our organizational growth and development.  In May of 2000, our original company, Advanced Search Group, was divested and is now independently owned and operated by a former key employee. Although now totally separate corporations, we still work very closely with Advanced Search Group on areas of overlapping business.
